Wash hair infrequently. Use a conditioning cleanser (co-wash) in between shampooing (Oribe Cleansing Crème or R+Co Analog). Use Olaplex No. 3 regularly, making sure to follow instructions. Use luke warm to cool water to help keep those cuticles tight. Only use professional brands like Oribe, R+Co, or Alterna.
None. They are all the same in quality or lack of, with active ingredients that does not nourish hair. They also leave a film on the hair that decreases the ability for your hair to air and maintain hydration, leaving it dull, dry and heavy from build up.
No, there is not. If you have any type of non-professional color (even ones that claim to be temporary) you must disclose this information. All color is permanent and does not rinse out and knowing this information before your appointment is absolutely necessary.
